Return & Exchange Policy
At The Beauty Doctrine, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, email info@thebeautydoctrine.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Tried It But Don’t Love It?
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t the perfect match.
If you’ve tried it and it didn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days and we’ll issue a store credit for the product value and help you find a better alternative.

All final sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email info@thebeautydoctrine.comimmediately.
We’ll replace the item at no additional cost and provide a return shipping label.
Kanjo Red Light Device
If you receive a defective Kanjo Red Light Device, contact us and we’ll send a replacement right away.
Shipping Costs
The Beauty Doctrine will cover return shipping only if a product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend obtaining a tracking number to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thebeautydoctrine.com or text 347-599-8863.
We ship quickly, and once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
